Cxense ASA - Share Capital Increase registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by Cxense ASA (the "Company") on 8 September 2015 regarding a private placement (the "Private Placement") of a total of 800,000 new shares (the "New Shares").

The share capital increase has now been duly registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following the registration of the share capital increase, the Company's total share capital is NOK 27,314,605 divided into 5,462,921 ordinary shares, each share having

a par value of NOK 5.

The New Shares issued in the Private Placement will be placed on a separate ISIN pending approval of a listing prospectus by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway (the "NFSA"). The New Shares will be listed on Oslo Axess when the prospectus has been approved by the NFSA and published by the Company.
