Cxense ASA - Share Capital Increase Registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by Cxense ASA (the "Company") on 23 October  

2015 regarding the share issue of a total of 435,550 new shares in the Company to Ramp Holdings Inc.

The share capital increase has now been duly registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.

Following the registration of the share capital increase, the Company's total share capital is NOK 29,492,355

divided into 5,898,471 ordinary shares, each share having a par value of NOK 5.
