Cxense ASA - Share Capital Increase Registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by Cxense ASA (the “Company”) on 6 November 2015 regarding the result and issue of Offer Shares in the Subsequent Offering. The share capital increase has now been duly registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following the registration of the share capital increase, the Company’s total share capital is NOK 30,242,355 divided into 6,048,471 ordinary shares, each share having a par value of NOK 5.
