Cxense ASA - Voting disclosure

This notice is issued by Cxense ASA ("Cxense") on behalf of persons with disclosure obligation.

Lars Bjørn Thoresen, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cxense ASA, who shall also open the Annual General Meeting on 9 May 2018, had until this afternoon received powers of attorney to represent and vote for a total of 801,235 shares at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 9 May 2018, corresponding to 8.94% of the share capital and the voting rights of the company. The powers of attorney are only valid at the Annual General Meeting.

Lars Bjørn Thoresen holds 26,177 shares in Cxense ASA privately and 12,500 shares through Lt Invest AS, a company owned by Lars Bjørn Thoresen and family members. Mr Thoresen will also represent and vote for these shares at the Annual General Meeting.
