Cxense ASA - Voting disclosure

This notice is issued by Cxense ASA ("Cxense") on behalf of persons with disclosure obligation.

Lars Bjørn Thoresen, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cxense ASA, who shall also open the Annual General Meeting on 8 May 2019, has received powers of attorney to represent and vote for a total of 2.336.010 shares at the upcoming Annual General Meeting on 8 May 2019, corresponding to 10,64% of the share capital and the voting rights of the company. The powers of attorney are only valid at the Annual General Meeting.

Lars Bjørn Thoresen holds 63,204 shares in Cxense ASA privately and 404,044 shares through LT Invest AS, a company owned by Lars Bjørn Thoresen and family members. Mr Thoresen will also represent and vote for these shares at the Annual General Meeting.
