Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Cxense ASA ("Cxense") on 5 August 2019 regarding the voluntary cash offer from Piano Software, Inc. to acquire all outstanding shares in Cxense ("Voluntary Offer"). As announced, KWC AS ("KWC") has in consultation with the Oslo Stock Exchange been engaged as an independent third party to provide an independent statement regarding the Voluntary Offer in accordance with section 6-16 (4) cf. 6-19 (1) of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act. KWC has completed its statement, which is attached hereto.
