Cxense ASA: New share capital registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement from Cxense ("Cxense" or the "Company) 30 April 2018, regarding issuance of 123,789 new shares in the Company in connection with the Company's acquisition of Enreach Solutions Oy. The new shares were issued at a subscription price of NOK 55.

The share capital increase has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The Company's new registered share capital is NOK 45,409,005 divided into 9,081,801 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 5.
