Cxense ASA: New share capital registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement from Cxense ("Cxense" or the "Company) 18 October 2018, regarding issuance of 7,576 new shares in the Company in connection with the final purchase price adjustment in the transaction agreement for the Company's acquisition of Enreach Solutions Oy. The new shares were issued at a subscription price of NOK 55.

The share capital increase has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The Company's new registered share capital is NOK 45,446,885 divided into 9,089,377 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 5.
