Cxense ASA closes divestment of Maxifier Ltd

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement from Cxense ("Cxense" or the "Company) on 20 November 2018 regarding the divestment of Maxifier Ltd. The Company has today, 17 December 2018, finalized and closed the transaction for the sale of 70% of the shares in its wholly-owned subsidiary Maxifier Ltd to Bmax AS.
