Cxense signs agreement with international media conglomerate Bonnier AB’s subsidiaries

Oslo, Norway – 4 May 2016 – Cxense ASA (OSE: CXENSE) today announced that Bonnier Business Press (BBP) holding several leading Northern European media brands, has signed an agreement with Cxense, which includes licensing for Cxense Insight, Cxense Content and Cxense DMP.

Bonnier Business Press (BBP) is a part of the international media conglomerate Bonnier AB. BBP publishes daily and weekly business papers, weekly/bi-weekly Medical Newspapers, magazines and handbooks (digital and print); do e-learning and organize events, conferences and courses and run a number of websites. Together with Dagens Industri in Sweden and Børsen in Denmark the business dailies reach more than 1 million readers. BBP operates in 10 countries: Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Estonia, Germany, Russia, Lithuania, Poland, and Slovenia. BBP will initially leverage Cxense for one of the leading business newspapers in Germany, Deutsche Wirtschafts Nachrichten to better understand their audience, personalize their digital products, enable more targeted advertising and optimizing their digital subscriptions.

By licensing Cxense DMP, BBP has access to a globally recognized data management platform, which enables media companies, e-commerce sites and consumer brands to develop user profiles as data is created to deliver personalized content to website visitors and other users. The solution aggregates data from mobile devices, tablets and desktop computers to ensure user profiles contain all relevant information and works directly with Cxense Insight and Cxense Content. The three solutions combine to deliver a user experience that increases consumer loyalty and sales for Cxense customers.

The contract also covers Bonnier Publications (BP) - the publication part of Bonnier AB. BP is the largest publisher of magazines in Northern Europe, with more than 50 titles. BP have been using Cxense for the last 18 months, and will now leverage Cxense Content. Bonnier Publication are using Cxense across all their digital domains covering Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark.
