This disclosure is made by Cxense ASA (“Cxense”) on behalf of Charles Street International Holdings Limited, Charles Street International Limited and CxVest Limited.

Following a recent corporate restructuring and consolidation of ownership, Charles Street International Holdings Limited and its close associates – Charles Street International Ltd and CxVest Ltd - now holds 1,003,168 shares and 25,000 warrants in Cxense ASA, representing 13,66% and 14,00% respectively of the total number of outstanding shares in Cxense ASA.
