Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by Cxense ASA 6 November 2015 regarding the result of the Subsequent Offering.

Following the Subsequent Offering, Cxvest Ltd holds 536,502 shares and 25,000 warrants in Cxense ASA, equivalent to 9.3% of the total outstanding number of shares after the issue of new shares in relation to the Subsequent Offering.
