Disclosure of shareholding

This disclosure is made by Cxense ASA (“Cxense”) on behalf of RAMP Holdings Inc. (“RAMP”).

In connection with Cxense’s acquisition of the Ramp Media business from RAMP, RAMP has received 435,550 consideration shares, equivalent to 7.2 % of the total outstanding number of shares in Cxense. The consideration shares have now been duly delivered to RAMP in the VPS, except 65,332 of the shares which are in the process of being placed in an escrow account as security for any warranty claims under the asset purchase agreement.
