Mandatory notification of subscription rights grant

Cxense ASA issues this notice on behalf of a primary insider of the company who was granted subscriptions rights (SRs) on 16 November 2016. For reference see stock exchange notice published 17 November 2016 at 08:00 CET.


General Counsel Ranjitsinh Mahida was granted 3,000 SRs. After the grant Ranjitsinh Mahida holds 3,000 SRs and 0 shares in Cxense ASA.


The SRs grant mentioned above was made under the company's 2016 incentive subscription rights plan as resolved at the annual general meeting on 12 May 2016. The exercise price of the SRs is NOK 148.80 per share. The issued SRs vest over 4 years by 25 % on each anniversary from the date of the grant. The SRs expire on 12 May 2021.
