Mandatory notification of subscription rights grant

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Cxense ASA (the “Company”) earlier today, regarding issuance of subscriptions rights (“SRs”) to employees in the Company under the Company’s 2017 incentive subscription rights plan, as adopted by the Company’s annual general meeting on 10 May 2017. The strike price for the issued SRs is NOK 39.23


The following primary insiders were granted SRs under the Company’s 2017 incentive subscription rights plan:

Jørgen Loeng, CFO, was granted 35,000 SRs. Following the grant, Mr. Loeng holds 35,000 SRs and 44,350 shares (shares held through JLO Invest AS) in the Company.

Rune Mol Slettenes was granted 15,000 SRs. Following the grant, Mr. Slettenes, holds 15,000 SRs and 3,049 shares (shares held through Rusle Invest AS) in the Company.

Vigleik Takle was granted 20,000 SRs. Following the grant, Mr. Takle holds 20,000 SRs and 4,498 shares in the Company.

Camilla Moen was granted 20,000 SRs. Following the grant, Ms. Moen holds 20,000 SRs and 17,806 shares (shares held directly and through related parties) in the Company.
