Mandatory notification of trade in Cxense

Cxense ASA ("Cxense") issues this notice on behalf of certain primary insiders in the company.

On 29 August 2016, CTO Aleksander Øhrn, has sold 12,762 shares in Cxense at NOK 156.00 per share.

Following the transaction, Aleksander Øhrn holds 14,000 Subscriptions rights and  63,000 shares in Cxense.
