New international Board in Cxense ASA

Oslo, Norway –13 May 2016 – Cxense ASA (OSE: CXENSE) announces the appointment of two new members to the Board of Directors following the Annual General Meeting of shareholders on May 12 2016.

The two new board members are Ms. Nadine Sharara, Ecommerce & CRM Director at Moët Hennessy, and Mr. David Rowe, an IT entrepreneur and CEO of Black Green Capital. Both are based in London.

Ms. Sharara specialises in helping retailers maximize their online and offline opportunities by acquiring, converting and retaining valuable customers. She has been working at the forefront of eCommerce and multichannel retail for the past eight years prior to which she worked in traditional retail and wholesale marketing.

Mr. Rowe is a high tech entrepreneur with over 20 years experience. David was the CEO and founder of Easynet, a U.K. ISP in 1994, one of the first Internet companies in the U.K. to list on AIM in 1996, and subsequently on the London Stock Exchange in 1999. Easynet was sold to BSkyB in 2006, and David joined the management team there responsible for B2B operations.

Subsequently, David helped to finance the buy out from BSkyB of the Enterprise part of Easynet and left it to start up Black Green Capital in 2013.

The Cxense Board of Directors is comprised of five members; Mr. Morten Opstad (Chariman of the Board), Mr. Svein Goli, Ms. Bente Sollid Storehaug, Ms. Nadine Sharara and Mr. David Rowe.
