Notice of Annual General Meeting 12 May 2016 - Cxense ASA

Cxense ASA (OSE:CXENSE) will hold its annual general meeting on 12 May 2016 at 09.00 CET at the Felix Conference Center, Bryggetorget 3, Oslo, Norway.

Please find enclosed the notice. The notice with attendance form will be sent to the shareholders today and will also be made available on www.cxense.com/investors.

Shareholders wishing to attend the annual general meeting, in person or by proxy, are requested to complete one of the attendance forms sent to the shareholders or to register online on www.cxense.com/investors.

At 09.30 CET or after the annual general meeting has been adjourned, the CEO, Mr. Ståle Bjørnstad, will give a presentation of Q1 2016 and a status report of Cxense ASA. The presentation is open to the general public and the press and it will be webcasted.

The annual report for 2015 has been issued in a separate notice and is also available on www.cxense.com.
