The Extraordinary General Meeting of Cxense ASA (OSE: CXENSE) will be held on 21 June 2016 at 09:00 (CEST) hrs at the Felix Conference Center, Bryggetorget 3, Oslo, Norway.

Please find enclosed the notices including attendance forms (in English and in Norwegian). Shareholders wishing to attend the Extraordinary General Meeting, in person or by proxy, are requested to complete one of the enclosed attendance forms or to register online on https://www.cxense.com/investors/ (online registration available from 31 May 2016 at 16:00 (CEST)). The attendance form must be received by the registrar DNB Bank ASA at the latest by 20 June 2016 at 12:00 (CEST).
