With reference to the joint stock exchange release from Cxense ASA and Piano Software B.V. made on 5 August 2019, Cxense ASA and Piano Software B.V. hereby announce that the offer document for the voluntary offer to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Cxense ASA ("Cxense") has been approved by the Oslo Stock Exchange (the "Offer").
