Offer to acquire Cxense ASA – update on acceptances received

We refer to the offer document dated 12 August 2019 (the "Offer Document") for the voluntary offer (the "Offer") presented by Piano Software B.V. ("Piano" or the "Offeror") for all the outstanding shares in Cxense ASA ("Cxense"), and the stock exchange release dated 10 September 2019 regarding extension of the Offer, etc.

Piano had on 11 September 2019 at 10.10 CEST received acceptances of the Offer for a total of 19,946,742 of the 21,946,519 shares, equal to 90.89 percent of the outstanding shares, in Cxense.

As stated in the stock exchange release dated 10 September 2019, the Offer is still open and can be accepted until Tuesday 17 September at 16:30 CEST.
