Share capital increase registered and update on subsequent offering

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by Cxense ASA (the "Company") on 24 May 2016 regarding a NOK 150 million private placement which was approved by the extraordinary general meeting of the Company on 21 June 2016. The share capital increase pertaining to the private placement has now been duly registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following registration of the share capital increase, the Company's total share capital is NOK 36,710,270 divided into 7,342,054 shares, each share having a par value of NOK 5.00. The shares are expected to be listed and tradable following the publication of a listing prospectus.

As previously announced, the Company intends to carry out a subsequent offering for eligible shareholders who were not allocated shares in the private placement. The Company is in a process of preparing a prospectus for the subsequent offering which is expected to be published in early July and the subscription period will commence shortly thereafter. More and detailed information regarding the subsequent offering will be published in due course.
