Share issue to warrant holders

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on 14 November 2016 from Cxense ASA ("Cxense" or the "Company") regarding the completion of the warrants exercise period (ISIN NO 001 0747454).

The Board of Directors has resolved to issue 393,100 shares at NOK 130.00 to the warrant holders who have exercised their right to subscribe for shares in Cxense, raising gross proceeds of NOK 51 million. Following this transaction, the Company's share capital will be NOK 39,734,435.

Payment for the new shares fell due on 25 November 2016. The new shares may not be transferred or traded before the share capital increase pertaining to the warrants has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.
