Subscription Rights Grant

On 21 February 2017, the board of directors of Cxense ASA resolved to issue 2,000 subscription rights ("SRs") to employees in the company. The grant was made under the company's 2016 incentive subscription rights plan as resolved at the annual general meeting on 12 May 2016. The exercise price of the SRs is NOK 126.85 per share. The issued SRs vest over 4 years by 25 % on each anniversary from the date of the grant. The SRs expire on 12 May 2021.

Following the grant there will be a total of 348,000 subscription rights and share options outstanding. As of today there are 7,958,012 shares outstanding.
