Subscription Rights Grant Oslo, December 17, 2015

Cxense ASA today announced that the board of directors of Cxense ASA has resolved to issue 10,000 subscription rights ("SRs") to employees in the company. The grant was made under the company's 2015 incentive subscription rights plan as resolved at the annual general meeting on 13 May 2015. The exercise price of the SRs is NOK 105.72 per share. The issued SRs vest over 4 years by 25 % on each anniversary from the date of the grant and expire after five years.

Following the grant there will be 282,350 subscription rights and share options outstanding.
