CybAero appoints Claes Drougge as Chairman

Claes Drougge, longtime CybAero board member, has been unanimously appointed to chairman, effective February 1. Anna Öhrwall Rönnbäck has decided to step down from the Board of Directors, effective February 1.

Michael Aurbach and Adam Rothstein of Subversive Capital, CybAeros´s largest shareholder stated:
