Cybaero intensifies search for new CEO and CFO

CybAero intensifies the search for new CEO ready to continue and push CybAero towards the future. At the same time, searches for new CFO has also begun.

The Board announces that, with the help of Novare Executive Search, they seek successor for Mikael Smith who has chosen new challenges outside the Company. Smith will be working during the notice period.              

The Board thanks Mikael Smith for his dedicated work as CFO, and later also interim CEO, where Smith has, with the greatest commitment, successfully led CybAero through positive changes and successful financing.

"In 2017 we made necessary adjustments to the business where Mikael has been a key person in this implementation. We wish him all the best for the future and focus on finding the right person to take CybAero further." Says Michael Auerbach, CybAero’s Chairman of the Board.
