New date for Annual General Meeting

Due to expected commercial and financial subsequent events since the Company closed its books at the end of the year, the Company’s auditors have required more time to prepare the 2015 Annual report.

The Board of CybAero has therefore decided on a new date for the Annual General Meeting. The new date for the AGM is Wednesday 1 June, 2 PM. Notice will be published no later than 4 May and complete documentation will be available on the company's website by 18 May.
