Anna Trane appointed as Cybercom press manager

Financial journalist Anna Trane has been appointed press and PR manager of the Cybercom Group. Trane was most recently at the Swedish public service television (SVT) where she was a financial commentator for Rapport and a feature reporter for Agenda.

“Cybercom’s international success and growth in recent years attracts me and offers exciting challenges and opportunities in public relations,” says Trane. “It’s an interesting company with an impressive operation, and I think my experience in journalism and current affairs will help me communicate Cybercom's message to diverse groups. I’m really looking forward to getting started.” As press manager, Trane joins the communication department at Cybercom's main office in Stockholm. “We’re very delighted that Anna chose to join us here at Cybercom,” says Kristina Cato, corporate communications director of the Cybercom Group. “Her valuable skills and long experience are certain to enhance our work with Cybercom's brand, both in Sweden and internationally.” Anna Trane is 41 and holds a degree in economics from Uppsala University. Trane has previously worked at SVT as a feature reporter for Agenda, a financial commentator for Rapport, a correspondent during the US elections for Rapport, and for Dokument Inifrån and the current events editorial department. She was also a financial journalist at Finanstidning (Swedish business daily paper). Trane assumes her role as press manager at Cybercom on 10 February 2010.
