Cyber Com lands several new frame agreements Cyber Com signs frame agreements with IBX, Praktikertjänst, and Tele2. Cyber Com's most recently signed frame agreement is with IBX and covers all of 2002. The agreement deals with the purchase of system integration services. IBX is the Nordic region's leading market place for commerce that focuses on consulting services, travel and lodging reservations, and material such as expendable office supplies. Ericsson, SEB, Volvo, and Novo Nordisk, among others, use this market place. About 80 approved goods and service suppliers are affiliated with the IBX market place. Cyber Com and IBX have cooperated on earlier projects, and IBX has now selected Cyber Com as its integration partner when new suppliers and purchasers become affiliated and connected. Cyber Com also signed frame agreements for system development and management services with the Tele2 Group and Praktikertjänst. These agreements also cover all of 2002. "The frame agreements demonstrate trust in Cyber Com at a time when market conditions are pretty tight," says Mats Alders, Cyber Com's CEO. "We have stable customer relations. Consequently, earlier agreements have been extended, while we're now signing up with new customers."
