Cyber Com signs general agreement with Tele2/NetCom

Cyber Com signs general agreement with Tele2/NetCom Cyber Com has renewed its general agreement with the telecommunications company Tele2/NetCom for the year 2001. The collaboration comprises consulting services in management, project management, system and business development and business expertise. For Cyber Com the agreement is of strategic importance and strengthens its position in the telecom market. The general agreement has been enlarged and can also be used by other Kinnevik companies. The business area Telecom and Services currently employs the services of about one hundred and fifty consultants and focuses on the development of a strong niche position in the telecom market, where broadband and mobility are linked up with company business. NetCom AB is a leading telecommunications company in europe. The Company was formed in 1993. It is engaged in the GSM cellular business, fixed telephony and internet. In Sweden the company operates using the brand names of Comviq and Tele2. In the areas of public telecommunications, data communication services and Internet, NetCom operates Tele2 in Sweden, Tele2 A/S in Denmark and Tele2 Norge AS in Norway. NetCom also operates, NätTeknik and Datametrix, specializing in systems integration and Kabelvision, a Swedish cable TV services company.
