Cyber Com to build web house for Telia Sweden Cyber Com has been assigned to develop a web house - an information- and marketplace - for Telia's corporate customers in the Swedish market. The assignment has an order value of SEK 20-30 million. Web house is the working name of the new forum where Telia and its 400,000 or so corporate customers will meet. The web house will enable Telia to offer its customers combined services, information and trading opportunities 24 hours a day. The aim is to improve customer service and enhance the efficiency of the entire case management process. The web house is designed for all corporate customers that manage their operations in Sweden.
