Cybercom acquires Mobility Partner
Cybercom acquires Mobility Partner Cybercom expands and strengthens its telecom operations through acquisition of Mobility Partner, a consultancy. Stockholm-based Mobility Partner specialises in defining and developing services within fixed and mobile networks for operators and equipment suppliers. The company has been profitable since its launch in 2000 and employs today 16 people who have extensive experience and leading-edge expertise in telecom. Its customers include TeliaSonera, Telenor, Song Networks, Hi3G, BT, 3GIS, Glocalnet, Teracom, Alcatel, Siemens, and Nokia. IT Provider owns 49% of the company, and its two founders own 51%. "Cybercom is strong in the billing and customer-care areas of telecom and in developing customers' telecom products," says Bengt Levin, Telecom and Services business area manager, Cybercom. "Mobility Partner injects network services expertise into our operation. And it strengthens our position within the telecom operators segment. It's a well-run company and known on the market.
