Cybercom and TeliaSonera in new Nordic framework agreement

Cybercom has once again been selected to provide IT consultancy services to TeliaSonera. A new Nordic framework agreement was signed covering TeliaSonera’s entire operation during 2006 and 2007.

”TeliaSonera is a key customer for us,” says Bengt Levin, executive vice president of the Cybercom Group. ”Our relationship goes way back. We’re delighted to received renewed trust. And this time it’s particularly significant because the number of selected suppliers is fewer than in previous years.” The framework agreement (master contract) covers TeliaSonera’s development service requirements plus application and IT solution management for the next two years. ”Selection procedures within the procurement processes are much more rigorous now than a few years back,” says Levin. “And the offshore-linked delivery requirement is decisive. Cybercom has strong offerings within telecom services for network and terminal development. And during last year, we acquired a broader international presence.
