Cybercom has established a strategic partnership with RTS, the Swedish Travel and Tourist Industry Federation. The partnership makes Cybercom a key player in building and developing one of the most expansive industries in Sweden.

"It's very important for the tourism industry to stay on top of new technologies and distribution channels for their products," says Jan Lundin, CEO of RTS. "We are delighted to establish this long-term partnership with Cybercom, so the industry can adopt new leading edge expertise in digital media."

Cybercom will participate in the arenas and digital forums used by the tourism industry, as well as lead discussions with the industry on issues related to digital channels. Cybercom will also review RTS's own presence in digital media.

"Becoming a digital partner to RTS is a strategically important step for our presence in the tourism industry," says Mats Frisk, business area manager at Cybercom Sweden AB. "We see great potential for tourism companies to grow their sales and marketing through digital media."

The partnership gives Cybercom a wide network in the tourism industry. Cybercom will be one of the key speakers at the annual Swedish Tourism Gala on 20 October. For a programme and registration form, visit www.turistgalan.se.
