Cybercom has signed a framework agreement with PostNord for system development and IT service management. The agreement is valid for two years with an option for extension.

”This is an important framework agreement for us, and affirms that PostNord in Sweden and Denmark has renewed confidence in us as an IT provider,” says Pär Abelson, segment manager for the public sector at Cybercom.

The agreement covers two important areas: consulting services in system development and IT service management. For the consulting services in system development, Cybercom is one of four IT companies that will be able to bid for work related to PostNord’s various logistical systems and websites. These will be assignments for system architects, system developers and test managers.

The second area of the agreement covers IT service management, administration and expert support for admin management of PostNord’s various IT systems.

The area includes roles such as IT service managers, ITIL experts, service delivery managers and IT and information security expertise. Cybercom and one other company will be providers in this area.

The framework agreement runs for two years with an option of extension for another year.
