Cybercom has chosen Sveavägen 20 as the next address of its head office and its Stockholm operations. This is one of Sweden’s most central addresses and one of Diligentia’s most attractive office properties.

Cybercom will move to Sveavägen 20 and to 2,100 fresh square metres with a central lounge and cafe, like a beating heart in the middle of the premises. Cybercom currently has its office on Lindhagensgatan, Kungsholmen, but made an active choice to seek premises in the city centre. Proximity to clients and feeling the pulse were important factors. A central address also has great significance for Cybercom's employer brand.

“An easily accessible office and an open atmosphere create opportunities for more and fruitful meetings with clients and partners. I am also convinced that an activity-based work environment at a central address is attractive to our employees and to the future colleagues we are looking for. I see this as a win-win,” says Niklas Flyborg, President and CEO, Cybercom Group.

Cybercom is the first of Diligentia’s tenants to have an entirely activity-based working methodology. In Stockholm the company employs approximately 250 employees, but estimates that approximately 140 of these are at the office daily.

“As a consulting business we are looking forward to moving to an activity-based office since every day is different, depending on our client assignments. Many of our consultants are located with clients and we work on a large variety of projects whose circumstances and organisations may change rapidly. Through an activity-based office, we can create a dynamic work environment and greater efficiency,” says Annika Eriksson, head of Cybercom’s Stockholm operations.

Being able to sign a green contract, like the one offered by Diligentia, was another important and obvious choice for a company with a clear sustainability profile. As a global provider of IT services, personal transportation is an important environmental issue for Cybercom. The location provided by Sveavägen 20 is optimal, with its close proximity to the metro, buses, long-distance trains, Arlanda Express and additionally with a bike path right to the door.

“By calculating their workplace utilisation rate, I am convinced that most companies today could obtain a better picture of how much space in their office is actually used, reduce it and thus gain financial leeway to move to more attractive premises, depending on whether they are looking for a better location or a better standard,” says Markus Pfister, Diligentia’s head of office properties.
