The Swedish National Defence College signed a contract with Cybercom for integration of an electronic document and case management system. The contract runs up to 2010.

"We're delighted to receive this show of trust from the Swedish National Defence College," says Anders Franzén, MD of Cybercom Sweden East. "Going forward, we see plenty of opportunities to help many other operations – throughout the country – streamline administration."

The Swedish National Defence College decided to invest in a new document and case management system. Right now, the College processes about 1600 records annually. Based on a pre-study, the College decided to implement an electronic document and case management system. In the long run, about 300 persons within the College will work with, or come in contact with, the new solution.

After tendering, College officials realized that the W3D3 platform and Cybercom – as the service supplier – best met the College's needs and specifications.

"Cybercom and W3D3 fulfil our requirements for selecting a document and case management product already on the market," says Christer Danielsson, CIO for the Swedish National Defence College. "Installation of IT support for case management provides enhanced opportunities to follow up case status, streamline operation control, and improve fulfilment of legal requirements."

"We have extensive project experience in implementing W3D3, a document and case management product," Andreas Lalangas, sales manager, Cybercom Sweden East. "W3D3 ranks the highest in many public-sector procurement categories. Cybercom works with FormPipe Software, which owns W3D3, and we've noticed increasing demand from organisations that want to implement e-administration."
