Cybercom signs 3-year contract with Jämtland’s County Council

Cybercom signed a new frame agreement with Jämtland’s County Council (JCC). The contract covers consulting services for infrastructure, system development, business development, project management, and support.

“The framework agreement with Jämtland's County Council closely follows our growth strategy for the public sector,” says Joakim Ek, MD for Cybercom’s operations in northern Sweden. “Cybercom has a strong proposition for Swedish counties and municipalities. In a short period, Cybercom has won agreements with the Stockholm and Jämtland county councils.”

“The public sector faces major challenges of increasing demands for cost-efficient solutions and more accessible IT support,” emphasizes Örjan Mårtensson, key account manager at Cybercom. ”This frame agreement with JCC covers all areas—system development, project management, support, business consulting, infrastructure, and administration. The agreement is important for Cybercom Sweden North and its employees, while benefiting the entire Group.”

JCC oversees and operates health care, dental care, public transportation, regional planning, cultural issues and educational matters for Jämtland county. It employs 4,000 people. JCC estimates the contract to be worth about SEK 20 million annually. As a selected partner, Cybercom has fantastic opportunities for exciting projects and assignments.
