Cybercom signs new frame agreements with government Cybercom won new frame agreements with the Government Offices of Sweden (Regeringskansliet) for IT consulting services that cover operations and system development, technology, and IS operation. Cybercom is the only IT consultancy that won both contracts during procurement. "Regeringskansliet is a prestigious customer for us," says Mats Alders, president and CEO of the Cybercom Group.
