Cybercom signs three-year agreement with a global automotive manufacturer

Cybercom signed a new, three-year framework agreement with a leading automotive manufacturer. The agreement covers consulting services and turnkey assignments, and has an extension option.

The agreement covers consulting services and turnkey assignments in electronics and software development for all companies in the Group. Cybercom sees opportunities to become a key supplier of internet solutions and security during the agreement period.

"Until now, this agreement has generated revenues of 30 to 40 million Swedish kronor each year," says Patrik Björler, Key Account Manager for the automotive industry at Cybercom. "As a selected partner, we can continue to develop our rewarding collaboration."

Vehicles are increasingly leaning toward a connected services platform. Integrated infotainment solutions together with advanced security systems will appear frequently in upcoming models. Cybercom has extensive expertise in this area including development of application platforms and downloadable applications. As such, Cybercom offers unique possibilities to vehicle manufacturers as a preferred supplier.
