Hampus Ericsson new chairman of Cybercom

The board of directors of Cybercom has appointed Hampus Ericsson as its new chairman. Hampus replaces Jon Risfelt, who has tendered his resignation from the board.

”I wish to thank Jon Risfelt for his valuable contribution to Cybercom’s board. Jon has with strong commitment led the work of the board forward and initiated the important strategic change that the company is now implementing and that I will drive forward,” says Hampus Ericsson, the new chairman.

Hampus Ericsson is president and CEO of JCE Group AB, which is Cybercom’s principal shareholder, and has been a member of Cybercom’s board since 2009. Hampus is 40 years old and was educated in the USA and at the University of Gothenburg School of Business, Economics and Law. He is also chairman of Consafe Logistics AB, and is a board member at BRUKS Holding AB, Burntisland Fabrications Ltd, Consafe Invest AB, JCE Group AB and Green Circle Bioenergy Inc.
