Internet banks choose different service content and security solutions for their WAP services This is revealed by a survey conducted in the form of a questionnaire by the e-Business business area of the consultancy Cyber Com about the WAP services that are offered by banks. From today this survey is available on Cyber Com's website, where visitors can compare interactively the banks' services for WAP phones in relation to the type of WAP services, customers, charges etc. The banks which replied to the questionnaire are FöreningsSparbanken, Handelsbanken, Skandiabanken, Nordbanken and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken. Among the findings of the survey are that the banks tend to choose either between offering a variety of services or between going in for technology. According to the questionnaire, Skandiabanken has the largest number of interactive financial services, the majority of phone models can use these services, the level of security is high and the services are free of charge. On the other hand, FöreningsSparbanken has the most WAP customers (Handelsbanken chose not to disclose any data about the number of its WAP customers).
