Mats Alders new President and CEO of Cyber Com
Mats Alders new President and CEO of Cyber Com Fast-growing consultancy company Cyber Com is now preparing its next phase of expansion. Mats Alders, previously financial director and Vice President of Cyber Com, is taking over as new President and CEO. Per Bergström, President and CEO since the company started in 1995 and one of the founders of Cyber Com, will be executive Deputy Chairman of the Board, and will concentrate on growth issues and overseas establishment. At the same time Gert Schyborger, Deputy President of SAAB AB, has been appointed Chairman of the Board. Cyber Com is therefore now focusing on continued strong expansion. Demand for the company's services is high, and organic growth will be supplemented by strategic acquisitions both in Sweden and abroad. It is against this background that the senior management changes have been made, in order to take optimum advantage of the management capital in the run-up to the imminent initiatives. Mats Alders, who is taking up the post of President with immediate effect, started at Cyber Com as financial director and Vice President in September 1998. He joined the company from his position as financial director at Celsius Tech AB. Mats' earlier career included various management positions in such companies as Enator, Tele 2 and Ericsson. Mats managed Cyber Com's listing on the stock exchange in December 1999. Gert Schyborger has been appointed Chairman of the Board of Cyber Com. Gert is currently Vice President of SAAB AB, and is also on the Boards of MSC AB, Nexus Technology AB and Ultra Sonus AB. Peter Törnquist, Cyber Com's Chairman of the Board since 1998 during a period of dramatic growth when the company was publicly listed, will remain on the Board as a member. Peter Törnquist is Managing Director of Lehman Brothers International. Other Board members are Kerstin Ryer, Human Resources Director of If Skadeförsäkring AB, Christer Sandahl, President and CEO of Scandinavian Leisure Group, Hans Lindroth, CO-CEO Lingfield AB, Lars Persson, Vice President Telia Mobile AB, and Cyber Com's two founders Per Bergström and Pekka Seitola. Cyber Com offers integrated holistic expertise in efficient, value- generating solutions related to the customer's entire business process. Turnover in the first quarter of 2000 was MSEK 86.1 (42.5), with profit after net financial items of MSEK 10.8 (2.3). Some 340 people currently have employment contracts with Cyber Com, which is listed on the 'O' list of the OM Stockholm Stock Exchange.
