Peter Keller-Andreasen, managing director of Cybercom’s Danish operation, replaces Bengt Levin, who was Cybercom’s acting president and CEO. Levin is leaving the company for another operation.

Peter Keller-Andreasen joined Cybercom in 2001 and launched Cybercom’s subsidiary in Denmark. Keller-Andreasen, age 50, is an electronics engineer with extensive IT sector experience. He has held national and international management positions for companies such as Digital, TietoEnator and Compaq.

”The board greatly respects Peter and his leadership capabilities,” says Per-Eric Fylking, board chairman. “He developed our Danish operation that demonstrates strong growth and profitability. His appointment is an excellent solution for Cybercom. Peter will run the Group from Stockholm. And we think this will further drive development in our operation within the Öresund region, where we’re experiencing very advantageous market conditions.

Keller-Andreasen assumes the position on Monday, 4 December and will remain until 1 June 2007 when newly recruited Patrik Boman steps in as regular president and CEO. Karsten Adelmark will be acting managing director for Cybercom’s operation in Denmark.

”Bengt Levin served Cybercom for nearly seven years,” says Fylking. “With former CEO Mats Alders and the executive team, he focused and developed the company so that it now has a strong, clear IT and telecom market position. They also successfully expanded Cybercom’s international operations. Bengt is now taking a new career step and will leave Cybercom. The board is very grateful for all Bengt’s efforts and valuable contributions.”
