Petteri Puhakka appointed acting CEO of Cybercom Group
The board appoints Petteri Puhakka as acting president and CEO of Cybercom Group AB (publ). Former president and CEO Patrik Boman leaves Cybercom.
“The board is verypleased that Petteri Puhakka takes on the role as acting CEO of Cybercom. He is a very business driven and an experienced leader. He has successfully navigated Cybercom’s operations in Finland through difficult times. The process of recruiting a permanent CEO will be initiated shortly”, says Jon Risfelt, chairman of the board.
Petteri Puhakka is 50 years old. He joined Cybercom 2010 as managing director of Cybercom Finland. Petteri Puhakka has held different senior executive roles within the IT-sector since the mid-eighties, with global responsibilities in companies such as Cap Gemini and Tieto. In addition, he has managed major outsourcing and global souring business deals.
