Proposals concerning Cyber Com's Board of Directors In preparation for the Annual General Meeting due to be held on 26 April, shareholders together representing approximately 30% of the votes have proposed that the Board of Directors should consist of seven members. These same shareholders have proposed the re-election of the following Board Members: Gert Schyborger, Per Bergström, Pekka Seitola, Lars Persson, Peter Törnquist, Kerstin Ryer and Christer Sandahl. -Gert Schyborger, born in 1940.
