Proposals concerning Cybercom's board of directors In preparation for the annual general meeting due to be held on 15 April, the nomination committee proposes the reelection of all of the seven present directors in the board of directors. Those are: ·Gert Schyborger, born in 1940. Deputy Managing Director of SAAB AB. Board member and chairman since 2000. ·Per Bergström, born in 1958. Founder of Cybercom. Board member since 1997. ·Lars Persson, born in 1956. Senior Advisor, Telenor. Board member since 1998. ·Kerstin Ryer, born in 1948. Managing Director HumanPartner AB. Board member since 2000. ·Christer Sandahl, born in 1944. Executive Chairman, MyTravel Northern Europe AB. Board member since 2000. ·Pekka Seitola, born in 1958. Founder of Cybercom. Board member since 1997. ·Peter Törnquist, born in 1953. Managing Director, CVC Capital Partners. Board member since 1998. The 2002 informally appointed nomination committee, consist of Gert Schyborger, chairman of the board of directors, John Örtengren, representative for the minor shareholders through the Swedish Shareholders' Association, Per Bergström, one of the Cybercom's two founders, director and representative for the major shareholders.
