Change in the nomination committee of D. Carnegie & Co AB

Jan Andersson, Swedbank Robur Fonder, has requested to resign from the nomination committee of
D. Carnegie & Co AB due to Robur’s decreased ownership in D. Carnegie & Co AB since the nomination committee was appointed. The Chairman in D. Carnegie & Co AB, Anders Fällman has accepted the request.
