Request for special examiner in D. Carnegie & Co AB (publ)

The Board of D. Carnegie & Co AB will shortly establish a balance sheet for liquidation purposes and intends thereafter to give notice for an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM).

Today, a request for a special examiner, according to chapter 10 paragraph 21§ in the Swedish Companies Act, has reached the Board of Directors. The request stems from a number of shareholders, including the Second AP Fund, BöösEnblad AB and a group of employees within Max Matthiessen.

The Board of D. Carnegie & Co AB intends to include the proposal in the notice to the EGM.
